Today my Mom and I went to The Country Market in Parker! It's this extremely cool shop and it's full of antiques and other gifts! I would definitely recommend it! It is very cool. You should check it out! Well, we had been looking around for a out 15 minutes before I found my treasure! I looked at an old antique book case and saw a few old books. One was a Bible, another an antique Webster's Dictionary, and the last...A BOOK PF MORMON! I rushed over and immediately looked inside. It was published in 1920. 1920! How cool is that?! I immediately got all choked up. I have no idea why, but I did. I just thought it was the coolest thing. There was no name written anywhere in the book, so I have no clue who it's previous owner might have been. Which kind of makes it mysterious :)
On the inside was an article from the Denver Post from 1969 talking about the spread of the LDS faith for 138 years. Also inside, was a little pamphlet (not sure how old) entitled "Joseph Smith Tells His Own Story." I couldn't believe my luck in finding such an incredible antique. I am still a bit speechless! here are some pictures of this awesome find!!

No finds :(
Well, I didn't end up finding any cool stuff at the thrift stores. I came really close to buying an old hershey's kiss tin lunch box! It was so cute and vintage too! Later on today, my Mom and I are going to go to some antique stores! I LOVE antique stores!

Tuesday Morning finds
Yes, I realize that Tuesday Morning isn't a thrift store, but since I couldn't find anything good at ARC, my Mom and I went to Tuesday Morning to look around! I found a few more cute scrapbooking pages and an adorable box to store all of my crafting stuff! I love it! Later on I'm gonna head over to the Unique Thrift Store with my bestie, Cami!
Thrift Store Hunting!
Today my best friend and I are going thrift store shopping. I am excited to hopefully find some good stuff for a cheap price! I will post my findings this weekend!

Good stance
I am really impressed with Khloe Kardashian's values and writing. Worth a look! http://m.khloekardashian.celebuzz.com/p.p?m=b&a=rp&id=291616&postId=291616&postUserId=133&sessionToken=&DID=1&DFCL=1000&DSB=_distance_&DBSB=postDate%23desc&DBFQ=userId%3A133+cat1%3A%22Photos%22&DL.w=&DL.d=10&DQ=&DS=5
Dairy is my enemy
It seems as though I need to cut out all dairy products again. Which makes me so sad considering cheese, chocolate, yogurt, and ice cream are some of my very favorite foods. I can imagine a life without gluten, but not chocolate!! What am I going to do?! I have so much love in my heart for dairy. Man, this is sucky. But it does hurt my stomach 75% of the time, and causes me to break out majorly. So I guess it's the right thing to do. Let the cravings begin.

So very tired
I feel like my life consists of sleep-work-eat-sleep. I hate not having time for anything. But I do love my job. I'm just so very tired all the time. Especially after work. I just hope that I can learn to sleep better at night and have more energy through out the day. The good news is, I found a frozen yogurt shop 30 seconds from work! Or is that bad?? Hee hee :)

Two whole months
It's been two months and it's still hard. I still miss you everyday and my eyes still water, and my breath still catches in my chest. You are happy and I know that. But for some reason it's still hard and I still worry about you. But I know I shouldn't. You are happier than you have ever been. I just need to remember that. I need you to remind me sometimes though. Can you do that? I know you will. I miss your smile. I miss your voice. I miss your Christ-like kindness. But the one thing that I don't miss is your friendship. Because I haven't lost it. You're still there for me when I need you. Love you.

An update!
It's been a little while since I have blogged! So I'm going to catch you up on what's been going on lately!
1) Work, it takes up most of my time but I love it!
2) Lindsey! She was home for break and I got to spend some time with her. It was great!
3) Cabaret! I met Linds on Friday night to see it and loved it so much I had to go again! So we went on Saturday night too and saw Juan and we all decided to crash the cast party! The coolest thing was, I got to dance with the EmCee! aka Andrew Fisk, who as a SOPHOMORE stole the whole show. Neil Truglio is by far the best theater director EHS has had in years! He really knows how to direct a marvelous show! The singing was incredible and the acting talent level was out of this world. I can't wait to see more shows. I am completely blown away.
4) The Lorax! We saw it as a family last night and loved it! The music was so fun and the message was really great! I totally got emotional at the end and I want one of those bears from the forest as a pet! :)
5) Dr. Seuss' Birthday! At work we got to dress as our favorite book character and guess who I went as? That's right, someone from Harry Potter. Hermione to be exact! It was fun! Awesome Emma Mottram let me borrow her cloak!
