Today's garage sale scores!

I had so much fun garage sailing today! We probably only went to about 6 places, but I found some really great stuff!! I am trying to find cheap stuff for when I move into my own apartment. Which will hopefully be in the next 5-6 months! But who knows. All I know is that I am going to work my tooshie off to get into my own place. I'm going to be 21 in October, and i'd say it's about time! Anyhow, I wanted to share a pic of my finds today! I'm loving the turquoise/white theme as of right now! I can't believe I found such vintagey looking stuff for only about $10 over all! :) I found two cute scrapbooky vintage blocks, a white square basket, a turquoise tin watering can, a white candle holder, shabby chic wooden picture frames (going to paint them), and a turquoise and white shabby chic bird house! what do you think?!

Full Time

Well, lately I have been getting less and less hours at work.  There are less hours available in the fall, but for someone who worked there the ENTIRE summer, I feel like I should be getting more hours than some of the new employees.  So, I am looking for a full time job.  My wish would be to nanny at least 30 hours a week, so I will be able to finally move out of the house and get my own place! I have an interview on Sunday morning, so wish me well! :)

Farrell Family August Birthdays

One thing that I love about my family is that we get together a lot and always celebrate the birthdays in our family! Kian loved the gifts he got and the money too!

Kian's 6th Birthday!

I love decorating and throwing parties, so I decided to be in charge of Kian's 6th birthday party! I asked him what he wanted the theme to be and who he wanted to invite. He said that he wanted a race car party! And he decided to keep it an all boy party and only invited his guy friends. I had such a blast making all the decorations and planning the games! My best friend Cami also helped me make the decorations and helped with the kids! She is the best! Kian loved his party and all of the kids had fun! It was a success!
